1. The temperature of the bearing should not exceed 25 degrees Celsius. If the temperature of the bearing seat is found to be too high, immediately stop the machine to check whether the bearing is damaged, so as not to cause greater losses.
2. The working temperature of the motor cannot exceed 60 degrees Celsius. If the temperature of the motor is found to be too high, immediately shut down and check the circuit to ensure that the voltage reaches or approaches 380v, and the 2-phase motor needs to reach 220v.
3. Generally used is a V-belt drive. After a long period of use, the belt will gradually stretch and relax due to the pulling force. If the temperature of the pulley is found to be elevated, you need to check whether the belt is slipping and tighten or replace it according to the situation to avoid causing the speed to be too low.
