2. Working principle of corn combine harvester
When working, the crop divider introduces the stalks into the plucking chain. Under its feeding and clamping, the guide cone at the front end of the ear picking roller enters the ear picking mechanism. To the elevator, the elevator transports the ears to the peeling machine. The corn peeled by the peeling machine is thrown into the ear box, and corn bract leaves and broken straw are excluded from the machine. After the ears are picked, the stalks are crushed by the crushing device and then evenly thrown on the ground. After the fruit ears that have fallen into the granary are piled up, the grain is unloaded under the action of the control valve and the oil cylinder.
