In order to reduce farmers' labor intensity and improve work efficiency when corn threshing, corn thresher manufacturers design small corn threshers.

The overall structure of the small corn thresher is divided into:

Feeding part:

The feed inlet is connected to the upper cover part of the small corn thresher. It is made of a one-centimeter thick iron plate. The feed part is tangent to the nail tooth part of the nail roller to remove the peeled corn from the feed inlet. Enter, slide down to the threshing part, that is, between the nail roller and the grid concave plate, and perform threshing.

Threshing part:

The threshing part is mainly composed of spiked rollers, grid recessed plates, and semi-circular upper cover. The ear of corn is threshed between the spiked roller and the grid concave plate, and the corn grains that have been removed leak from the gap of the grid concave plate and fall to the lower slide plate, and are discharged out of the machine body through the silo. With the help of the helical thrust force and helical guide action of the spirally arranged nail teeth on the drum, the other end of the inlet (ie the outlet) is discharged out of the body.

Screening part:

The screening part is mainly completed by a grid-type concave plate, which is composed of a certain number of iron bars and two main beams and two auxiliary beams. The gap between each two iron bars can jam the corn and then quickly rotate The spiked rollers will forcibly thresh the jammed corn. Of course, the grid recessed plate is fixed no matter when it is working or when it is installed. After the corn is threshed, the corn kernels are passed through the grid concave plate, leaking from the gap of the concave plate, and sliding out of the body along the inclined slide plate, the purpose is to separate the corn and the corn cob.
