2.Friction type iron roller rice machine
The structure diagram of the friction iron roller rice machine is shown in Figure 2. The friction type iron roller rice machine is characterized by high pressure in the rice milling chamber and low linear speed of the white roller. Since friction exists in the entire brown rice group in the whole rice milling room, and every grain of brown rice is involved, the uniformity of rice milling is high, but the corresponding broken rice rate is also high. Therefore, the iron roller rice machine is suitable for processing horny rice with good skin toughness and high grain strength.
