(1) Ear picking device
The main function of the ear picking device is to remove the ear of corn from the stalk. It is mainly composed of crop divider, ear picking roller, ear picking frame, header shield, ear picking tooth box and feeding chain.
1.1, Fu He
When the corn harvester is in operation, the grass supporter first touches the guide plate of the front cone of the crop to support and guide the corn plants to be harvested into the ear picking path for ear picking.
1.2, picking tooth box
The function of the ear picking tooth box is to transmit the power from the intermediate shaft to the ear picking roller and the grass chain. The picking tooth box is mainly composed of a box body, a gear and a safety clutch. The function of the safety clutch of the picking gear box is that when the resistance of the machine is too high, it can be automatically disengaged in order to protect the machine.
1.3, ear picking roller
The ear picking roller is a pair of sticks with spiral ribs and spiral claws on the surface and rotating towards each other. The corn plants pass through the gap between the two sticks and the corn ears are picked off.
1.4, grass cutter
The function of the grass cutter is to cut off the weeds wrapped around the ear picking roller during the operation of the harvester, to prevent the clogging of the ear picking path and damage to the working parts of the harvester due to the excessive entanglement of the grass on the ear picking roller.
1.5, dial chain
The function of the dial chain is to transfer the corn plants entering the machine backwards into the working gap of the ear picking roller. A tensioning device is arranged at the front of the dial chain to tension the dial chain.
(2) Conveyor
The conveying device includes a horizontal conveyor and an ear elevator.
2.1, horizontal conveyor
The horizontal conveyor is located at the rear of the ear picking platform and sends the ears transported by the ear picking roller to the ear elevator. It is mainly composed of conveyor shell, conveyor chain palladium, active shaft, passive shaft, active sprocket, passive sprocket and tensioning mechanism.
2.2 Fruit Elevator
The main function of the ear elevator is to transport the ears transported by the horizontal conveyor into the ear box. The fruit elevator is located on the right side of the horizontal conveyor, which is mainly composed of the elevator casing, the conveyor chain palladium, the transmission mechanism and the tensioning mechanism.
(3) Peeling device
The main function of the peeling device is to separate corn ears and bract leaves. It is mainly composed of a suppressor and a peeling roller.
(4) Cleaning device and ear collection device
4.1, cleaning fan
Miscellaneous fan is mainly used to blow the impurities in the ears out of the body from the rear end of the elevator to avoid falling into the ear box and affecting the cleanliness.
4.2, fruit box
The ear box is located at the rear end of the harvester, and is installed on the ear box bracket. Its main function is to collect the fruit ears, unload them into a prepared transportation vehicle or drive them to a designated place for unloading.
(5) Stalk crushing device
The function of the stalk crusher is to directly crush the corn stalk from which the ears have been removed into the field. Its structure is mainly composed of the returning machine casing, V-belt transmission system, cutter shaft, ground roller, suspension mechanism and so on.
